  • At this time, DoorPal ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does DoorPal ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Orders received M-F by noon Central Time, will ship the following business day. DoorPal is shipped via ground and should arrive between 3-5 working days after it is shipped.

  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). DoorPal reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Warranty:
    At DoorPal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order and ordering experience.

    If you find it necessary to return DoorPal please email us at rma@doorpal.com so we may issue a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization#)
    1)Please include your invoice number in the subject line.
    2)We will contact you with return authorization.
    3)Copy of purchase receipt is required with all claims.
    Claims made within the 90-day warranty period:
    DoorPal shall inspect all warranty claims and in the event of a defect, will repair or replace the defective part or entire product. We will ship your warranty exchange DoorPal back to you at our cost.If after you receive your merchandise you are unhappy with your purchase, but it is not defective, we will accept the return of your merchandise if we are notified by email at rma@doorpal.com within 24 hours after delivery.

    A $15 restocking fee per DoorPal will be assessed on all refund requests. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
    A $25 restocking fee per DoorPal will be assessed all refund requests if the plastic seal on the inflatable panel has been opened.

    We do not pay shipping fees on returns. We suggest ground shipping and require all returns to be sent via FedEx, UPS DHL, or traceable USPS service.Refunds will be issued via a credit to the method of payment used at purchase, after the returned item (s) have been received and inspected.
    For safety reasons, we cannot refund additional purchases of Safety Releases. Copy of purchase receipt is required with all claims. All items without an rma# will be refused.
    Warranty:

    The 90 Day warranty does not cover: products used for commercial application or Other uses not considered normal purposes, punctures, cuts, and abrasions sustained in normal use. Items involved In accidents, items damaged under other unreasonable uses or damage caused by over inflation or incorrect installation. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the face hereof. DoorPal shall not be held liable For incidental and consequential bodily or property damages.
    DoorPal warrants the DoorPal to the original purchaser only and warrants only when products are Used and installed for intended purposes per installation instructions. DoorPal warrants that products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase from an authorized DoorPal dealer.
